The Bertram 46.6 Convertible is a popular classic sport fishing design and set the standard by which other production sport fishing boats her size were measured. Her popularity has much to do with the precise handling and impressive seakeeping characteristics of her deep-V hull - a proven rough-water performer with a wide beam and low cockpit freeboard. This boat is solid!
This 1980 Bertram 46.6 Convertible is powered by twin Detroit 8V71TI diesel inboards producing 435HP each, giving a 20 knot cruise & 22–23 knot top speed. The engines have recently been professionally checked over and thoroughly serviced and are ready to go! The 12KW Northern Lights generator has only 195 hours and runs great.
Many recent upgrades in 2019 include new bimini, full enclosure & upholstery up top, new Teak & Holly soles inside, new memory foam mattress, new battery bank, and with over 70 hours of cut, polish and waxing just completed the hull shines! Also included is a Walker Bay 10' dinghy with 2hp Honda outboard.
