One Owner - Custom Design - Transferrable Moorage - Great Condition
Bruce Roberts, naval architect, designed Sea Vagabond as an offshore vessel to take his clients safely across the Pacific Ocean and is the epitome of comfort and capability. This Trawler style Pilothouse Cruiser has been well cared for by these owners who travelled the Pacific Northwest for months each summer. Her round bilge, full displacement, ballasted (5 tons) hull ("composite hull"-strip planking, 3 layers of cold molded marine plywood, fibreglass) is built entirely with epoxy and totally encapsulated, including the house structure. The fibreglass / epoxy deck has been enhanced with non skid and is designed for accessibility from bow to transom, and everywhere in between. For her size, "Sea Vagabond" offers clear sight-lines from both helm stations, and the layout allows for clear communication between captain and crew. This Bruce Roberts design truly marries the thrill of the journey with the comfort of the destination.
The interior space on board feels like a home. The design and owner's finishes contribute to a spacious feel on board. The cupboards and storage are all oversized to fit like a house, while keeping the common areas functional. From the large salon and galley to the sleeping berths and heads, your family will feel at home while underway or at anchor. Even in the winter months, you'll stay cozy thanks to the oversized Dickenson stove and complete insulation throughout.
Powering this yacht is an Izuzu 6801PV 130 Hp diesel engine with just over 2200 hours. It's a fuel efficient engine and combines with four 1050L fuel tanks that will keep you cruising over long passages. (approx. 6 litres/hr @ 1700 rpm @ 7-8 knots) The 1500L of water tanks, 400L waste holding tank, 20L hot water and six 20lb propane tanks all contribute to the long haul nature of this vessel as well. She can handle the necessities for months at sea with ease.
Please look through our itemized list of her full details to see everything this vessel has to offer. She is a custom adventure yacht that will deliver exceptional value to her new owners. You don't want to miss out on this opportunity.
