This rare 1984 Uniflite Yacht-Home is no ordinary house boat with its deep vee hull. The upper deck has a helm station that can be covered with the Bimini top if you want to get out of the sun or the weather. The upper deck is so large you could host a dance party up there!
The boat is well equipped with Bow thruster, Shafts and propellors, V Drives, Equipped with 2 Marine VHS radios, Raytheon 12 mile radar, Depth Sounder, Magnetic compass, Portable Search Light, Navigation lights all Canadian Coast Guard approved. 2 Control Stations, Hydraulic steering, Clutch and throttle have electronic controls in single lever in each engine at each control station. Rudder indicator at all stations. New Holding Tank

In the cabin area you have beautiful newer hardwood flooring throughout. In the master state room we have a queen size bed, a private head with a new vacuflush toilet and a full size bath tub!! Down the hall you have a Broan built in trash compactor, central vac system, a newer Magic Chef A/C D/C Refer freezer, a microwave, 3 burner electric cook top, electric oven with a vent hood above it for safety. The galley has a dual bowl stainless steel sink, plenty of cabinets and counter space, a coffee table that can adjust to a fold out dining table, hide-a-bed couch and flat screen TV in the main salon area. Up 2 steps and you are at the lower helm station with all new gauges, the wood work is just amazing. The view at the helm station with large windows on 3 sides with forward window washers and wipers.

Down a few steps and you come to the 2nd head with another new vacuflush toilet and shower. A few paces more you are in the forward berth which has bunks for 3 to sleep, plenty of light to read by with wall mounted lights above each bunk.
This roomy vessel has lots of hanging locker and cabinets for storage so bring what you need on board and you'll find a place to put it all. This vessel has had an overhaul and recent survey
