A Beautiful Fresh Water 2005 Catalina 34 MkII. Full Enclosure, Winter Cover, New Batteries

The Catalina 34 MK II is one of the most in demand models ever manufactured by Catalina Yachts. Furling main and genoa, along with a cruising spinnaker, large cockpit, aft cabin and full enclosure make this a boat designed with extended cruising in mind. 

Upon entering the main salon, you’ll find a large, well laid out galley to starboard along with the entrance to the aft cabin. To port is ample sized head with wet head shower, the nav station and a hanging locker. Forward of the nav station is a large settee. Forward of the galley to starboard is a large U-shaped dinette which converts easily to a large berth.

The V-berth is a very good size and sports a hanging locker and large hatch.

The Aft cabin is a very good size, with small seating area and a hanging locker. 

The 34 MKII is powered by a 30HP Universal M35 with 1188 hours. 

Outside you’ll find a dodger, bimini and full enclosure all recently installed by Island Canvas, along with cockpit cushions.

Stern rail seats are a wonderful feature of all 34 MK II’s, and the best seat in the house when cruising. The walk through transom makes getting in and out of the water or a dinghy a breeze.
