The 42 Kadey Krogen Pilothouse Tralwler is highly sought after and recognized for it's quality of Build. Introduced in 1976, the Krogen 42 remained in production relatively unchanged until it was discontinued in 1998. It is being replaced this year by a slightly larger 44-footer.
Powered by a single 135hp Perkins diesel (2003 rebuild) she has an economical range of 2000 miles at 7 knots. Wesmar active stabilizers and a 40000 BTU hydronic heating system make this a year round cruiser. At the heart of the Krogen 42 is a full-displacement hull design.
