Description

With a fantastic layout below decks this Hunter Passage 450 is ideal as a cruising boat or live aboard.  Head room is impressive at 6’ 3” and natural light from numerous hatches and ports gives the interior space an open feel and offer plenty of ventilation. Teak woodwork and trim throughout makes the interior attractive, warm and inviting.  

Entering the main salon down the curved custom made staircase gives you a view of the large U Shaped dinette with custom mahogany table, and to port a settee.  A full size navigation station and flat screen TV round out the space.

A well appointed galley with wide, fiddled Corian counters and plentiful storage suits extended cruising or living aboard.  The galley features a dual opening refrigerator, twin stainless steel sinks, a convenient cutting board, gimballed 3-burner stove with oven, and a microwave. Secure storage and non-slip flooring make cooking in a seaway safe and easy. 

The forward guest stateroom includes a queen pullman birth and a full set of drawers and hanging lockers.  The guest head with a sink, vanity and shower further forward offers privacy.

The main head is located mid ship on the starboard side providing separate private access for the master stateroom and/or from the salon.  With Corian counters and plentiful storage it is both practical and good looking.

The aft cabin/ master stateroom is impressive and expansive, and boasts a real queen sized innerspring mattress.  There is an abundance of cedar lined storage lockers, hanging clothes lockers, drawers and shelves for storage.  A large combination shower and bathtub enclosure lie behind a custom shower door.  There is also a desk/ computer station.

On deck, the center cockpit offers excellent visibility and safety on the water.  The new bow thruster aids in close quarter manoeuvres and short handed docking.  A powered Lewmar self-tailing winch takes the hard work out of furling the large mainsail, and davits for dinghy and outboard at the stern make launching the tender a breeze.
